Here is the process of becoming a surrogate mother:

A. Applying to Be a Surrogate
Take a quick eligibility survey, then complete the full application.
Next, wait for a potential match with intended parents.

B. Match with Intended Parents
We strive to find the perfect match for you. Once matched, all financial details are discussed openly and transparently.

C. Psychological Screening
To prepare for IVF, surrogates undergo both psychological and physical evaluations.

D. Legal Process
After a confirmed match and medical clearance, we assist with legal contracts between you and the intended parents.

E. Embryo Transfer Preparation
Once all parties sign the contract, your case manager and IVF doctor will coordinate your cycle calendar. Medications will be shipped with clear instructions. The pregnancy journey begins.

F. 9 Months of Support
You’ll have direct access to your case manager throughout the pregnancy. Both baby and surrogate receive full care and support.

G. Sign Pre-Birth Order
In your second trimester, our legal team will help establish the intended parents as the legal parents in court.

H. Delivery and Recovery
The most exciting part—the baby is born! The child goes home with the parents, and you’ll receive ongoing postpartum support.

I. The Journey Ends
After birth, documentation such as birth certificates, passports, and travel documents will be finalized.

Requirements to Be a Surrogate

At Jumeivita Surrogacy, we welcome strong, compassionate women to join our program. To ensure safety for both you and the baby, we follow industry-standard requirements.

Base Requirements

Age 21–40 years old

U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)

Must have given birth to at least one healthy child

No major complications in previous pregnancies

Non-smoker, no drug use or substance abuse

No tobacco use or second-hand exposure for at least 6 months prior

BMI in a healthy range (typically under 32)

Financially stable, not on government assistance

Willing to undergo medical and psychological screenings

Must live in a surrogacy-friendly U.S. state (e.g., California)

No criminal history

Drug free
