Female, age 21–30
U.S. citizen or legal resident
In good physical and medical health
BMI between 18–28
Non-smoker, no drug or alcohol abuse
Regular menstrual cycles

Willing to take hormone injections
Willing to attend medical appointments
Able to provide a complete family medical history
Not using hormonal IUDs or contraceptive implants
